Customer Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions ：
 

1. Organizer
This campaign is organized by the largest SYRINX MALAYSIA team, with the aim of rewarding customers and promoting the SYRINX brand.
 

2. Campaign Duration
Lucky Draw Validity:
From 1st August 2025 (Friday) to 15th December 2025 (Monday), ending at 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time).
Winner Announcement:
Winners will be announced via Facebook Live on the official SYRINX MALAYSIA Facebook page
at the end of December 2025. Winners will also be contacted via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
 

3. Eligibility
This campaign is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above who meet the following conditions:

• A minimum purchase of RM50 in a single order during the campaign period qualifies for one lucky draw entry.

• There is no limit to the number of entries, but each participant may only win once.

• (Excludes shipping fees and discount vouchers.)
   

4. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and not subject to rescheduling.
 

5. Winner Notification & Confirmation

• Winners must confirm participation within 3 days upon notification.
  Failure to do so will result in the selection of a replacement winner.

• The organizer reserves the right to amend the itinerary, venue, or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
   

6. Disclaimer

• The organizer shall not be held responsible for any additional costs or liabilities incurred due to travel delays,  or health-related problems.

• Any cancellation due to false information or system abuse will result in disqualification. The organizer reserves the final right of interpretation.

• The organizer may revise these terms without prior notice and holds the right to final decisions.
   

7. Data Protection & Privacy
All personal data collected will be used strictly for the purposes of this campaign.
The organizer will comply with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) to ensure the confidentiality
and security of all participant information.
